Many of the people who travel to Peak Brain and Body already have a diagnosis. They have seen specialists, completed extensive testing, and tried medications, supplements, physical therapy, vestibular therapy, functional medicine, or neurological rehabilitation.
A few things may have helped, but they are still dealing with brain fog, chronic fatigue, dizziness, headaches, exercise intolerance, and other symptoms that significantly limit their lives.
This often happens because the neurological, autonomic, metabolic, immune, visual, vestibular, and physical parts of the case have been evaluated separately. No one has stepped back and asked how those systems may be affecting one another—or which ones need attention first.
That is what our process is designed to do.
Peak Brain and Body specializes in complex cases involving POTS or dysautonomia, Long COVID, ME/CFS, persistent post-concussion symptoms, and related conditions when the person is experiencing problems such as:
Having one of these diagnoses does not automatically mean that traveling to our clinic is the right next step.
For example, we are not trying to work with every person diagnosed with Long COVID. Our focus is on Long COVID cases where neurological, autonomic, cognitive, and energy-related symptoms are significant parts of what is keeping the person from getting their life back.
We cannot guarantee a specific result for any patient. What we can guarantee is that Peak Brain and Body was intentionally built for complex cases with this type of presentation.
Before recommending that you travel, we want to understand:
If we do not believe traveling to our clinic is the right next step, we will tell you directly.
Most patients complete a one- or two-week intensive, with approximately three hours of care per day.
You do not need to choose the program length yourself. After reviewing your paperwork, records, symptoms, treatment tolerance, and goals, the provider will recommend the shortest program we believe gives us enough time to work responsibly.
Most complex cases should expect a two-week recommendation.
If POTS or another form of dysautonomia is part of your case, you should generally plan on two weeks because of the variability and challenges these cases can present.
Two weeks gives us more time to establish a foundation, evaluate how you respond, progress care appropriately, and address more than one layer of the case.
A one-week program is generally reserved for people with relatively focused or minimal issues.
It tends to be a better fit for concussion, headaches, migraines, or dizziness when dysautonomia is not part of the case.
For most complex or layered cases, one week does not provide enough time to work responsibly.
A three-week program is available for patients who are very limited in how much they can currently do, need a slower progression, have a more severe or layered case, or want the highest level of support available during one trip to achieve maximum results.
This is not the standard recommendation for most patients. International patients should generally plan on two to three weeks.
The difference is not simply that we provide several therapies in one location. It is how we determine what you need, connect the neurological and physiological pieces, and adjust your program based on how you respond.
Your case is overseen by Dr. Spencer Zimmerman, NP-C, DC, DACNB. He is both a licensed nurse practitioner and chiropractic physician with advanced training in functional neurology and holds Diplomate status through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board.
This allows the neurological, autonomic, medical, and metabolic parts of your case to be considered within one coordinated clinical model.
Your evaluation may include neurological, autonomic, visual, vestibular, balance, cognitive, and activity-tolerance testing.
When appropriate, we may also consider metabolic, immune, hormonal, nutritional, or gastrointestinal factors that could be limiting your progress.
Not every patient needs every test. We focus on the information most likely to change what we do next.
Because care occurs across consecutive days, we can see how your system responds and make changes throughout the program.
This helps us identify what you tolerate, what appears to produce meaningful change, what needs to be progressed more slowly, and what should be continued after you return home.
Depending on your evaluation and response, your program may include:
No patient automatically receives every therapy listed. The goal is not to give you everything we have. The goal is to determine which tools make sense and how they should be combined for your case. Your starting point is your starting point, our goal is to progress you based of your needs to achieve your desired health outcome.
Your intensive includes two to three months of follow-up support after you return home.
Your continuing plan may include home rehabilitation, activity progression, nutrition or supplement recommendations, virtual progress checks, email guidance, and coordination with local providers when needed.
Remote medical care may be limited by state or international licensing requirements. We will explain any limitations before you commit to the program.
We do not recommend that someone travel based on a brief 10 minute phone call. We want to carefully review your case before asking you to commit the time and expense required to come to our clinic.
Tell us what you have been dealing with, how long it has been happening, what you have already tried, and where you would be traveling from.
If your case appears to be a potential fit, you will complete the same comprehensive initial paperwork used for new patients and provide the records requested by our team.
The provider reviews your paperwork and records before meeting with you for approximately 30 minutes.
The purpose of this conversation is to determine:
The $200 covers the advance review and provider conversation. If you move forward with care, the full $200 is applied toward your program.
If we believe we can help, we will recommend the appropriate program, explain what it includes, review the expected costs, and help you select treatment dates before you make travel arrangements.
Most one and two week programs range from $4,500 to $9,500, depending on the program length and whether transcranial magnetic stimulation is recommended.
Three-week programs range from $10,695 to $12,295 and are recommended for a smaller number of patients who need more time or support.
Programs include:
Many patients use insurance for laboratory testing.
Some patients may need additional self-pay laboratory testing or supplements beyond the included allocation. When we believe that is likely, we will let you know during the screening process whenever possible.
Peak Brain and Body is an out-of-network, cash-pay clinic. HSA/FSA funds and CareCredit may be used when eligible.
You do not need to choose a program or arrange your travel today.
Start by telling our team what you have been dealing with and what you have already tried. If your case appears to fit the type of work we do, we will guide you through each step before recommending that you travel.

“I have known Dr. Spencer Zimmerman (Dr. Z) for over a decade and watched him fine-tune his incredibly detailed approach to overcoming disease and illness. He is not your average physician. In addition to continuing education seminars and conferences, he spends 100’s of hours annually…personally studying and researching the latest cutting-edge, in-depth medical science. He’s a seeker of truth and viable, usable, effective healing solutions. His approach to immunology and rapidly boosting the body’s innate ability to mobilize and defend itself…is novel and highly comprehensive.

Wow were my eyes opened by Dr. Z. I was suffering from daily migraines, neck, back, shoulder, hip pain, vision and hearing problems, and the list goes on. Dr. Z saved my life. No joke. He is super meticulous and very passionate about his work. He is very smart and forward thinking and researches all the time. He genuinely cares about his patients. He’s an amazing and very caring provider and I highly recommend him.

“Dr. Spencer Zimmerman is phenomenal! In January I found out I have Lyme disease and along with that discovery, I found out that most traditional Doctors won’t/can’t help treat Lyme disease patients due to FDA restrictions. My only option appeared to be a Lyme specialist, which was going to cost enormous amounts of money because insurance doesn’t cover Lyme specialists. I felt hopeless. And that’s when I had the amazing fortune to come across Dr. Spencer Zimmerman. He gave me the hope I so desperately needed. He is very knowledgeable in regards to traditional medicine, but also homeopathic care as well.
