Step 2 — Complimentary Intake Call with Our Patient Coordinator
Our team will reach out, answer your questions, and determine if we’re the right fit before anything is scheduled with a provider.

Step 3 — Clinical Consultation
If it’s determined we’re a good fit, you’ll be scheduled for a consultation with Dr. Zimmerman. This is where your evaluation begins and your roadmap gets built.
